Overview

XING reaches professional candidates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland through organic and paid distribution. Its two paid products share the same runtime, and the higher one adds a later visibility refresh.

Who XING works for

Best for: German-speaking commercial, finance, HR and operations hiring across DACH. Less suitable for: its useful market ends at Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Pair with: LinkedIn when the shortlist is international, technical or less DACH-centred.

How it fits your channel mix

Use XING as the DACH professional layer and add LinkedIn for more international or technical reach. An active-search generalist remains useful underneath both networks.

Prices

XING's organic route covers the DACH markets before paid reach is added. The two paid products run 60 days each, priced as a 20% markup over Tailr's base distribution cost.

Requirements

XING requires an authorised employer and one role per paid advert. A live advert cannot be repurposed for another vacancy or reactivated after expiry, and the entry-level product is restricted to unskilled, semi-skilled and specialist roles.

Post a Job

Write the vacancy once in Tailr and publish it. Because XING supports organic distribution, Tailr sends it there by default as part of your subscription, and paid products can be added at publish.
